Is my data safe?

It is absolutely safe. AADHAAR card data is stored using 246 AES encryption, as per the standards prescribed by AADHAAR. TRST Score will NEVER sell or divulge the data of your company.
How much does it cost?

It was free before but you missed the opportunity. Please see the pricing section. We are still offering some things free till Dec 2024, hope you don't miss this one too.
Is TRST Score DPDP Act 2023 Compliant?

Yes TRST Score has built its own consent manager as well to ensure and help companies be compliant with the DPDP Act. Please schedule a meeting with us and we will put your mind, legal team and CISO team at ease.
Can I do background verification of my employees?

If you wish to perform background verification such as Identity, Address Verification, Criminal Background Verification, Police Verification, Academic Qualification Checks, Past Employment Checks etc, you can pay for those services and use it.
Can my employees data be available in public?

Your employees data will never be shared. Your employees CANNOT be poached by others via TRST Score. TRST Score can be checked only with consent of the candidates which makes it impossible to view the data freely. If you have any doubts, please free to get in touch with us and we will help you put your mind at ease.
How can I upload my workforce data?

You can integrate your HRMS, Lending or Insurance products with TRST Score using the APIs provided or using Excel Spreadsheets. Your account manager will explain once you signup.

What is TRST Score ( Trust Score)

Is similar to Credit Score where employees are given an objective rating based on their ethical behavior. Trust Score helps companies mitigate the risks involved in employee hiring. Just like how a credit score has brought about financial discipline, a Trust score or TRST score will bring about ethical discipline within the organization.
Is AADHAAR information stored securely?

With 256 AES encryption and stored as per standards specified by the Unique ID Authority.
Why does TRST Score not have social logins or password logins?

Email and Social Logins rely on passwords. The passwords are the weak layer of security and will rely on the strength of your password. To remove this weak link we have used phone OTP.
What certifications does TRST Score have?

TRST Score is ISO 27001 certified and is also getting certified in SOC2 Type 2.
Where is data stored? Is it in compliance with RBI policies and framework?

Yes, data is stored in AWS Mumbai region with backups in Hyderabad. TRST Score is in compliance with all regulatory requirements of RBI.
